Residential area Vrbani III was built on the basis of the Urban Planning map of Vrbani III, by the author PhD. Tihomir Jukić, B.Sc. Architecture, adopted after the architectural and urban planning contest for this area of Zagreb.

The settlement is located in the western part of the city of Zagreb, on the area of about 29 hectares, bounded with Horvaćanska stree by the north, by the RŠC Jarun on the south, by the street Hrvatskog sokola on the east and by the future extension of the Vrapčanska street on the west.

The area of Ravnice is located in the wider center of the town, bordered by the sports recreation complex of Svetice, by park Maksimir in the north, by tennis center Maksimi in the east and by Branimirova street and the railway in the south.

On urban unfinished plot, within the area, bounded by Albrecht’s street, IV Maksimir area, Nova Branimirova street and extension of Bulvanova street.
