Landowners are obliged to report any change that affects the data in the Land registry to the competent regional office for cadastre within 30 days of the date of the change. A physical or legal person, the realtor, is obliged to enclose the relevant elaborate with the application, which is the technical basis for the implementation of changes into the cadastral registry. For the purpose of carrying out changes in cadastre and land registry, parcelation and other geodetic works are produced.
